We collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order and communicate with you: your name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation reference.
Payment is processed by our secure payment provider; we never receive or store your full card details on our servers.

To process and ship orders, provide tracking updates, and respond to your enquiries.
To send occasional drop announcements only where you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

All artwork, graphics, photography, and written content on this site is the original work of Mequie and is protected under applicable copyright law from the moment of creation.
No image, design, or text from this site may be reproduced, redistributed, printed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Unauthorised reproduction, counterfeiting, or resale of our designs is a violation of copyright and will be pursued.
The Mequie name, fist logo, edition names, and associated marks are trademarks of Mequie.
No element of our branding may be used, imitated, or reproduced without express written consent.
We actively protect our trademarks against unauthorised use, imitation, and counterfeiting.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Access to client data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We apply client-side content protection to deter unauthorised copying of our imagery and designs, and we monitor for counterfeits and misuse.
If you believe a security vulnerability exists, please report it to hello@mequie.com and we will investigate promptly.
Orders are subject to availability. Limited edition pieces are produced in fixed quantities and will not be restocked once sold out.
All sales are final on limited edition items unless the product arrives damaged or defective, in which case contact us within 14 days of receipt.
By placing an order you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you authorise the corresponding payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent or counterfeiting activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
